The Analysis Of Accommodation Of Funds Of The Listed Companies Of Sichuan Province From The Stock Market

By the end of 2001, China have had 1198 listed companies, the listed companies have collected funds about 772.709 billion yuan. And to 2001, Sichuan have had 63 listed companies which have collected funds about 27.6 billion Renminbi yuan and 2.4 billion HK dollars. The collected funds importantly supported the development of local economy of Sichuan province.It is of importance for every listed companies to properly use the funds from the stock market because the one can become better and better when their money is expensed properly, otherwise they can't get development, even be in trouble. So I write this paper to expose how the listed companies use their funds collected from the stock market and why they get better or worse through using the fund after I collected many data and investigated these companies of Sichuan province on the spot.As to the whole country, the listed companies of Sichuan province are not too few, but the fund collected from the stock market is only a little, the quality of most of these companies is also bad, many of them have faced the difficulties such as short of money, too many people and other things. Besides, in Sichuan province, most districts don't developwell, some districts have not even any listed company. The listed companies mainly gather in Chengdu City and Mianyang City in which the conditions is more better than other places. In addition, the companies are influenced by the line which the companies lie in, for example, the companies in wine line have usually good profits and those in textile line can't often get good profits, even make a loss.Accommodation of funds from the stock market come out of the two reasons, one is the change of the people's income and saving, the other is the change of the industrial structure: fresh guiding industries come out.Through analyzing the companies, I find that those companies which have strictly used the money in the projects published in the direction of collecting funds, are bigger and stronger now than past, those which have not use the money strictly according to the directions of collecting funds but invest the funds in the items which are not related to their mainly business are mostly in finance trouble.At the end of this paper, I have made some proposals that the company should pay attention to when they want to collect funds from the stock market. Such as trying to establish and increase the core competitive abilities, set up and strengthen the administrative structure, choose proper the clients etc.
