Listed Companies Comprehensive Evaluation Of The Results Of Operations Of - Traffic Class Of Listed Companies Empirical Analysis

Chinese enterprises have been pushed to market in the process of market transition. As a special community, listed companies have attracted a lot of attention. The situation of those companies, whether they are healthy or not, will affect tens of thousands of stakeholders, and will also have an effect on the stability and the healthy development of the stock market. Single index evaluation of operating achievement sometimes only reflects one side face of operation status of listed companies, but impossible does whole; When operating achievement of listed companies is evaluated by multi-single indexes, the localization of single index is overcome to a certain extent, but the inconsistency among single index usually happens. And this has greatly effect on the whole. In addition, the index power's ensuring and material evaluation methods are disputed while multi-single indexes are evaluated; What's more ,the operating achievement evaluation of listed companies is usually based on financial indexes , but hardly on non-financial indexes . The malpractice of evaluation is more and more obvious. So how scientific to evaluate and analysis the operating achievement of listed companies has become a major problem in the practice of current securities and investments theories.With this background, the dissertation is trying to make a study on operating achievement statistic models of A-share companies of traffic transportation and storage from the view of financial indexes in Chapter 2 and 3. And in Chapter 4,the operating achievement of listed companies is discussed primarily from the view of non-financial indexes. The arrangement of this dissertation is as follows:The first part is an introduction which includes the definition of operating achievement and the significance of the research of integrated evaluation of operating achievement.The second part introduces the change of evaluating theories of operating achievement about enterprises abroad and home; and the actuality of integrated evaluation of operating achievement about listed companies abroad and home; and the characteristic, the basic thought and math theories .The third part gives a brief summarization of researching samples and a selection of variables.The fourth part makes a study on operating achievement statistic models from the view of financial indexes.The fifth part primarily discusses the operating achievement of listed companies from the view of non-financial indexes.The sixth part, the final part, makes the conclusion.
