Research On The Mode Of Assets Reorganization Of Large State-owned Enterprises

The assets are reset in accordance with the different period economic development trend and market variation,this is the capital's inner natural character. However,the China enterprises' mechanism just breaches the capitals inner natural character,makes the assets "dead",and results in the low efficiency of the state owned enterprises. Therefore,we should aim at the development of whole national economy,stimulate the state owned enterprises' activation and improve the economic benefit of existing assets through liquidity and reform of existing assets as well as state owned enterprises strategic reforming. Especially under the situation of state reforming and opening to the outside world,the state owned enterprises have improved its products structure through introducing into foreign capital,increasing investment,strengthening management,and technology increment. The technical reform on the existing assets were conducted to improve the product output,product quality and product level so as to reach the international first rate enterprises management,make the state owned enterprises to be world first rate enterprises. So,introducing into foreign capital,conducting assets reset have become the effective methods to activate the state owned large and middle scale enterprises existing assets.The author is responsible for the joint venture project between Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe and Tube Works and Sumitomo Metal Industries,Ltd,for four years. Based on the practice of China state owned enterprises and the sample of foreign capital introduced into Baoji Petroleum Steel Pipe and Tube Works and its assets reset,form theoretic and joint venture working practice,the countermeasure and methods are through assets reset,introducing into foreign capital,reforming of inner enterprise economic structure,product structure and management level to increase the enterprise competition and improve the economic benefit under the current condition of few state new increment input.At present,China has entered into WTO,the fields opening to outside world are enlarging,the related legal rules and laws are becoming perfect in accordance with international practice,and the market operation environment has been improving evidently,these good invest environments improved the comprehensive competitive advantage of foreign capital introducing . li also provides the best opportunity for state owned enterprise to introduce into foreign capital,asset reset and activate existing assets. Therefore,this article provides the applicable reference sample for current state owned enterprises development,introducing into foreign capital and assets reset. It is great significant to practical meaning.
