MZ Expressway

The thesis consists of two parts: Case and Case Analysis.The Case truly records the project manager' s trouble, the trouble is about team work management during constructing MZ Expressway .The Case is focused on describing the story which takes place in forming teamwork, designing organization structure, selecting leading style, controlling staff, building teamwork morale, and attending to politic factor.The Case Analysis part investigates the problems which occur in constructing teamwork, summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of MZ expressway teamwork management, concludes the actual combat theory of project teamwork management.
