Project Management Research Of Sichuan Expressway Intelligent Transportation System

Intelligent Transportation System is the direction of transportation. ITS is the strategy way of expressway solution also. How to accomplish ITS successfully is not only concerned in the level of ITS technology, but also the methods used in project management.With the help of the advanced project management theory, information technology, the Sichuan expressway ITS project management will be studied in this thesis. Especially how to control the advance, quality and information that is used in project management during construction. At the same time, the difficulties and solution of advance control, quality control, and information management for expressway ITS project will be found out. In this thesis, the author will try to build the suitable project management system , management information system and evaluation system for expressway ITS project. It will be used to direct the construction of expressway ITS project.
