Workshop Construction Project Of TEC Co.

This article is composed of two parts as follows:The first part concerns a case written after the proto-type of a project of workshop construction of TEC Co.. It mainly describes and illustrates the general conditions of the project and the supervision during the project construction. From a viewpoint of the supervisor, and through practices of the project management, it leads to illustrate problems apt to arise during the course of supervision of the project management. The second part concerns analysis of the case. The writer made a detailed analysis on the case on basis of her MBA knowledge learned in 3-year study in the college. Firstly, it deals with an analysis of the control and management on the project's seven aspects of quality, progress, investment, contract, information, communication and risk by using the knowledge of project management. Secondly, it analyzes the supervisor's strengths, weaknesses and development prospect in the project management. In the end, it illustrates the concrete measures to be adopted in the supervisor's management of the construction project.
