Highway Construction Enterprise Project Management Research

It has been 20 years or so since the model of project management was made as the practical standard of the road construction management in our country. However, the model of practical operation and experience of the project management vary considerably. This article focus mainly on the following aspects: Through plenty of production practice and theoretical research, according to international practices, analyze and demonstrate that how the enterprises in the field of road construction to face challenges of WTO entry from the aspects of operation transition and project management. Under the internationally rapid development, focusing on the general and controlling factor and outside environment of the road constriction project, put forward the proposal that how to create the fame of the road construction enterprises, especially from the aspect of the general principle and problem solutions while doing the project management. Considering the angle of project management, demonstrate in detail the several key aspects concerning the implementation of the road construction project. Particularly, the article put forward several solutions to the problems concerning the particular national conditions and international tradition. Analyze and research from the aspects of organizing and holding of the project practice factors as well as the management of project cost, risk and contracting. In addition, put forward the operable solutions of the organizational project. Besides, the article also offer the original ideas related to the hot problem of project subcontracting, that is to loosen the restrictions of the subcontracting, which makes referential sense from the aspects of road construction and project management.
