Analysis Of Investment Project Stakeholders

Research on stakeholders of investment projects is an important part of the social and economic assessment for the projects. The dissertation has analyzed the project stakeholders from both of the internal angle and the external angle,and concluded with a strategy suggestion for the stakeholder management.Firstly,the dissertation introduced the relevant theoretical and practical context. The necessity for such a research results from the modern contract idea and the external influence theory. Also the investment project and stakeholders are defined in this part,which lay a clear boundary for the research.Secondly,concrete study is developed on the internal stakeholders including the project corporate entity,contractors,monitors and debtors,and the external stakeholders including the relevant administrative government,environment protect organizations and the involved community. The positive or negative influences are disclosed and their mutual relationships is demonstrated.And finally,the dissertation presents a strategy suggestion for the sake of realizing the project's goal through partnership. Its advantages,key factors and implement channels are described in detail,which show a broad application prospect for the dissertation research.
