World of crimiral law has made a plenty of useful,exploratory on the acceptance of brike from theory to practice.But to this days,there are many different opinions on these important questions about acceptance of bribe,i,e bribery includig unlawful profits, subject of bribery criminal affirmed,one offense and several offenses of bribery crime determined.Therefor,the author feel it is necessary to research the bribery crime completely from all sides in whole.This paper analysis and demonstrate the constitution condition of bribery crime in depth and scope,from the angle of theory comkiued with practice ,and scientific expound the provisions on the affirmation of the bribery crime and penalty application at the aim of crime judicial interpretative and legislative.The author also try to approach some difficult points of these crime in a deepgoing way,and advance individual views,expect to make the benefit for complete the crime legislation and judicial operation in our country.
