The Research On The Crime Of Acceptance Of Bribes

The acceptance of bribes is the most common in the professional crimes. Since it was provided in the first criminal law in our country in 1979, the acceptance of bribes has been modified and interpreted several times by the legislative administration and the highest judicial office. Also lots of useful inquiry is made in the criminal law theoreticians. Above all it has a active advanced role to punish the acceptance of bribes effectively. However, because of the principled law regulations and complicated judicial practice, the larger dispute and divergence still exists in identifying the acceptance of bribes. Started with the difficult problems often met with in judicial practice and combined with the theory of criminal law , the range of national government functionary, the understanding of making profits for other people in identifying the acceptance of bribes ,the influence made by the bribes 's direction and the guilty numbers of the acceptance of bribes and relative crimes are systematically analysed and proved . And some personal thoughts are mentioned in this paper.
