| The schedule of production course is the important part of production management. With the application of systematic analysis method carries out overall optimization for production course, it is an important goal of production management to make production systematic cost reduction and production period shorten. The accurate algorithm, heuristic algorithm and genetic algorithm etc. that this paper is concerned with for the production schedule are summarized. It is also analyzed how to design genetic algorithm in flow production and non-flow production schedule and gave a C++ routine of the algorithm.
