| After more than 20 years' development,the Agricultural Bank of China (ABC) has made a great of progress on management. However,with the reforms of economy and financial system,many drawbacks of ABC,especially on the credit business,had emerged and threatening its existence and development. Due to its inferior management system and the outside factors,there are a lot of bad loans in ABC's credit business and this has greatly affected ABC's development. Today with the macro economic reforms going on,ABC's credit risk has attracted the attention of the supervisory.Confronted with the trend of economy globalization and our entering WTO,how to set up an efficient risk management system and qualify itself for market economy system is the most critical task ABC has to fulfil.Based on careful research and study,this essay points out the shortcomings in ABC's credit business and analyzes the underlying causes. Then it provides the suggestion of constructing credit risk caution and defense system. |
