This thesis makes a detailed study on the marketing progress of household' s farming and the fostering of agricultural intermediary organization by means of qualitative and quantitative analysis.This thesis studies the marketing progress of household' s farming and the fostering of agricultural intermediary organization from four aspects. In the first chapter, First of all, author explained the necessity and the reasons of the existence of the household' s farming in China in the long term. Secondly, it explained the definition and the signification of the marketing progress of household' s farming, Thirdly it studied the marketing progress of household' s farming of Anhui province by means of quantitative analysis. At last, it pointed out the problems existed in present stage of the marketing progress of household' s farming. In the second chapter, it studied the denotation, running mechanism, analysis of economic significance of agricultural intermediary organization and categorized it. Agricultural intermediary organization can be categorized into about three types: (1) company (leading enterprise), (2) agricultural cooperative economy organization (professional association, farmer cooperative, peasant professional cooperative organization), (3) market impulse (professional market, foundation and professional householder). The third chapter detailed the problem and present condition of fostering of agricultural intermediary organization: (1) the supporting of government, (2) the quality of the subject of intermediary organization, (3) assorted exterior environment, (4) activity of participants. The fourth chapter studied the measures of fostering agricultural intermediary organization. It explored the policy and suggestions of intermediary organization:(1) perfecting the running mechanism of traditional farmer cooperatives (2) enforcingthe function of government' s guide, (3) increasing the financial support, (4) perfecting the law, (5) improving attitude to agricultural intermediary organization, (6) stabilizing the management of household, (7) enforcing the fostering of market systeirt, (8) improving the quality of peasantry, (9) realizing the market economical law, enforcing power of propaganda and establishing information net, (10) establishing the effective market information net of agricultural products , reducing the transaction costs of household' s management .The marketing progress of household' s farming the management is unavoidable outcome of the development of suburban market economical system from the point of the development of market economy. We must understand the denotation of agricultural intermediary organization and develop it with great effort during the marketing progress of household' s farming. By means of agricultural intermediary organization the household production can adapt to social production, calmly facing the two dangers from nature and market and the challenge of domestic and foreign market, improving its own power of competition in order to speed up the development of our suburban market economy and step towards the agriculture' s modernization.
