Under the developmental trend of financial globalization,opening the capital bank account is our country's actuality choice. As to the problem of Chinese capital account liberalization,established in the realistic state of China,setting out from the angle of effect analysis,and making use of the correlative macroeconomic and microeconomic theories,and many analysis tools and methods,such as advanced game theory,information theory,"short side rule",chart and case etc,the paper relatively systemic anatomizes how the capital account liberalization influences our country microcosmic economy and macroscopic economy. Basing on this analysis,we educe that the capital account liberalization will produce latent and positive effect on our country's microcosmic economy,but if realizing this kind of latent and positive effect,the microeconomic corpus needs to deepen reformation actively;At the same time,passing every kind of market-conductive mechanism,the capital account liberalization will exert some complicacy influences on our country's macroscopic economy,so financial deepening is a necessary road,and basing on this the text puts forward many specific measures and methods. If we want to keep the coordination between the Chinese capital account liberalization and the course of domestic reformation,opening Chinese capital account we need to adopt the moderate and preface strategy. Because entry into WTO is a new situation for the Chinese capital account liberalization,this paper also analyzes the course's arrange of our country's capital account liberalization and the change of capital control's form and method in the transition period of China entering into WTO .
