On China's House Property Register

House property refers to the various buildings and structures adhered to land ,which constitutes real property together with landed property .House property register is also defined as house property right register ,which means the legal administrative organs' conduct of examining and verifying of the state of the clients' enjoyment of their house property right and entering which up in the house property registry in reply to the clients' application. Influenced by historical reasons and current situation of theoretical research ,it is imperative that China' s house property register system and research on it be enhanced.The thesis is composed of six chapters. The first chapter is a summary of which elaborate the concept ,legal features and function of house property register. The second chapter concerns the patterns of house property registry that includes contract and property right register. The third chapter expounds categories and principles concerning house register. The fourth gives a introduction to the procedure of house property register. The fifth chapter deals with the legal relations and effects of house property register. The last chapter handles the perfection of legislative orientation of China' s house property registry in which the author put forward the following proposals concerning adjustment of China' s current house property registry.
