TRIPS In WTO & The Improvement Of Chinese Law System On Intellectual Property Rights

As we all know, the founding of World Trade Organization is the milestone of the improvement of the international protection of intellectual property rights law system, since TRIPS, the Agreement on Trade-Related Intellectual Property Rights, as a part of WTO, is doubtlessly the most important one among all the international treaties on it. And with the development of the ages, something new will be added to the law on intellectual property rights protection. If we still don' t develop our law on it, it will result in copying laws from WTO directly, which will harm our interest. So, after the entry to WTO, China has to modify the laws on intellectual property rights protection, and has to legislate on the parts which we still haven' t dealt with.This dissertation mainly talks about the improvement of Chinese law-system on intellectual property rights according to TRIPS, and puts forward some suggestion on the enhancement of the intellectual property rights protection system.
