This dissertation is focused on the development of venture capital in China, Firstly, I will introduce the concepts of venture capital investment,which followed by literature of vc investment is the product of technology improvement.The national strategy for vc investment must be set on the base of domestic situation. Secondly, I develop a research on the capital supply of foreign countries. Relating it to the background of vc supply in China, I will explore the major parties of vc supply. For the importance of capital exit.Iwill give an eye on the creation of second-board for the stock market.Finally,I will have a case analysis,which will be a real case of state-owned vc company. The problems they had encountered, such as lack of supply and exit will beresearched in-depth. There fore, this will be an evidence that the state-owned capital can not be the importance for vc supply.The methodology is comparasion and most of the date I will use is from real case.In conclusion, I will clain that the listed companies should be the main body for vc supply, more over, the capital from government should leave this area.
