The rapid growth of the financialization and great promotion of the internationalization of China's economy have called for the financial internationalization of China. In the present thesis, China's financial internationalization falls into four aspects: the internationalization of financial institution, the internationalization of financial market, the internationalization of RMB, the internationalization of the macro supervision and management of the central bank; and each aspect is elaborately illustrated.The paper first gives a detailed analysis of the process, current state and obstacles of the internationalization of China's financial institution and financial market, and points out the direction for future development. Then, an elaborate analysis is made on the condition, economic effect of the internationalization of RMB and indicates that the internationalization of RMB is a progressive process, and puts forword the strategy for the internationalization of RMB. Finally, based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of China's macro economy affected by the internationalization of RMB, the flow of international capital, the fluctuation of exchange rate, the paper establishes the statistical indicator system for the macro supervision and management of the central bank and makes the suggestion that the central bank pay close attention to the alteration of these indicators and enhance the management of the flow of international capital, the foreign currency reserve, the foreign debts and the exchange rate of RMB. Furthermore, the paper also puts forward some principle ideas on the supervision and management, which will greatly promote the internationalization of China's finance.
