With the unprecedented development of the machinery industry of China, the demands for the metal cutting tools are keeping rising. The number of the suppliers is great while the quality of service is different. At present the domestic metal cutting tools market shows the characteristic of buyer market. At the same time, the behaviors of the customers are maturating. For the manufacturers of the metal cutting tools, the demands of the users' are the center of the enterprises' marketing. Only the customers' needs for products, prices, purchasing channels, services are well satisfied, can the enterprises get their existing and development. This paper makes KY Company's marketing for the metal cutting tools in the northwest part of China the study object and the research content. It probes into the marketing content of KY Company in the northwest area of China from the theory and practice, sequentially finds out the way out for the development of KY Company in the northwest area.On the basis of the characteristics of industrial products, this paper studies the marketing activity of KY Company in the northwest part ail-roundly by starting with the aspects of products, prices, sales promotion, channels and the satisfaction of the users.This paper subdivides the target market of KY Company through analyzing the marketing environment of metal cutting tools market in the northwest part of China and the characteristics of the KY Company. Therefore it makes corresponding marketing strategy, according to the target marketcharacteristics of demand and the purchase. To realize the marketing strategy, this paper makes other measures that the managers can reference.What this paper studies is not only of guiding and practical application significance for the KY Company's marketing for the metal cutting tools in the northwest area of China, but also be of reference for the kindred products.
