After China became one member of WTO, more and more foreign corporations enter into Chinese market. The marketing strategy of enterprise is very important for its development because of the change of environments and the acute competition. Basing on the analyzing of the external environment and internal conditions, the dissertation concludes the strengths and weakness of the Nonel tube plant has, and the opportunities and threats that it focus. This dissertation also discusses and designs the Nonel tube marketing strategies with emphasis, and establishes the corporation mission and the marketing strategy objectives. It brings forward the market competitive strategy, such as customer satisfactions strategy, relationship marketing strategy, service marketing strategy, and total quality marketing strategy. This dissertation also discusses the marketing development strategies of the corporation.
