Capital marketing, as a new researching subject, has great theory and practice significance. Nowadays, more and more companies are interested in capital marketing. However, capital marketing is just at the beginning of development.With the development of market competition, only when companies can successfully deal with all kinds of current and potential risks that are brought by factors from society, can companies continually develop. That's the direct reason that capital marketing research comes into being. Capital marketing uses theory of marketing to deal with problems of capital management. The core of the thesis is to build a coordinate capital marketing system. Then, companies make the capital marketing tactics on the base of the actual situation of companies.The thesis first distinguishes capital marketing, asset management and capital management. Then make a new concept of capital marketing. On the base of clarifying these concepts, the thesis turns to the capital marketing system. Under this system, analyzing the actual situation of companies, using the theory of market positioning, companies make decisions of capital marketing positioning. Then companies make the capital marketing tactics. At last, quoting the theory of financial management, companies can measure the performance of capital marketing from "cost" and "profit".In the all, in the new marketing circumstance, capital marketing represents another new marketing trend. Capital marketing makes the best use of all kinds of corporate resources, avoid risks and solve different marketing questions.
