Research On Some Special Legal Issues Concerning E-commerce

It's an information world. The combination between computer and communication skills makes the whole world changed. The E-commerce is one of these great changes. The development and wide application of E-commerce push the development of E-commerce Law, which shows the rule-business law reflects business transaction regulations. Globally, not only developed country but also developing country, constitute E-commerce law to protect this new market. The UN and some other international organizations are making E-commerce regulation and standard as well. The research of the special legal issues concerning E-commerce, thus, will make sense of the development and the constitution of E-commerce in China.
