Traditional life styles and trade forms have been changed with rapid development of information technology and wide use of the Internet. E-business is conducted by concluding e-business contracts on the Net. The problem of e-business contract becomes the core of e-business law. The e-business contract transmits and exchanges data information in the form of data message, and stores data information in magnetic medium of the computer. E-business contract is concluded in virtual environment. Since no parties concerned meet face to face, their credit and identities can only be confirmed by some safety guarantee systems such as electronic signature and electronic authentication. Thus, the main problems in concluding e-business contracts of electronic trade include the problems of the form of e-business contract, electronic signature, and electronic authentication, which are also mainly discussed and studied in this thesis. This thesis analyzes connections and differences between e-business contracts and traditional contracts on the basis of an intensive analysis and study of various data on these problems in academic circles. Simultaneously, the thesis puts forward some suggestions on contract forms of e-business, electronic signature and electronic authentication in future e-business legislation.
