Under the circumstances of the change from selling market to buyingmarket of our domestic real estate and gradual maturity of the consumer, carrying outbrand strategy can promote the scale and grade of real estate enterprises and makethem calmly confront the chance and challenge of WTO. Thus continuousdevelopment may come truc. Brand stratcgy means the long-term and overallblueprint of enterprises which based ol1 bran(.l decision, highly valued and reinft)rcedquality c()nstruction, fuIly applied thc n1edj1lms of propaganda and popularizution,moreover combined marketing plan and clIltivation of enterprises culture. ln the' course of carrying out brand strategy, rea1 estate enterprises must take theirpeculiarities into account, analyse their oxvn present situation of brand, choosecorresponding brand strategy, carry out bral1d strategy all-sidedly, meanwhile avoidgoing astray. By illustrating the successful utilization of brand strategy in industryand commerce also in rea1 estate in this thcf.is, the importance and effectiveness ofbrand strategy upon the survival and development of enterprises are demonstratedwith practical example. The consciousness of our domestic real estate enterprises tocarry out brand strategy is rather weak on thc whole. It will undoubtedly lag behindreality and will do harm to long-term devel()Pment of our domestic real estate. Onlyby realizing the necessity and urgency of carrying out brand strategy and havingmade practical measures and at the same tin1e put them into effect unbrokenly, ourdomestic real estate can develop soundly and steadily, thereby can make contributionto the national economy.
