In generally speaking the so-called economic system, are the economic working mechanism and system, it comprehends the substantial form of production relations, economic management system and economic working mechanism. Socialist economic system is referred to the substantial form of production relations based on socialist basic economic system (the substantial form and realization form of the ownership system and distribution system) and economic management system and economy working mechanism.
