A Study On Model Of And Solution To For Developing Venture Capital In Chinese Hitech Industries

With the entry of WTO, new and high tech industry in China is facing fierce competition while China is experiencing economy globalization in all fields. In a long-term review, inadequate investment was put in new and high tech industry in China resulting in weak capability of technological innovation and technological transfer, small scale new and high tech enterprises, low marketing occupation ratio and weak international competitive capability, which seriously restrained the development of new and high tech industry. With the tendency of international economic and technical integration, new and high tech industry in China will step towards the stage of scale industry, therefore, the critical task for China, who wants to win advantages in economy competitive power in the new turn, is to develop and strengthen new and high technologies.This paper made an approach to mainly the situation that new and high tech industry faces, the role of Venture Capital in new and high tech industry as well as the problems and corresponding countermeasures to be taken in Venture Capital development in new and high tech industry, expounded that to set up Venture Capital operation mechanism is very important in developing new and high tech industry, thus proposed a concrete thought and suggestions on how to construct and improve the system for Venture Capital in new and high tech industry, that is, firstly, to publish corresponding policy and regulations so as to construct a policy environment of great benefit to the development of Venture Capital; secondly, to construct multiple Venture Capital system so as to broaden sources and channels for investment withdrawal; thirdly, to strengthen the construction of marketing system to provide risk enterprises with beneficial conditions for their development; and lastly, to guide the main body of Venture Capital developing through exploring and improving Venture Capital operation system.A conclusion is drawn on the basis of the study and approach made on the topic of this paper that the construction of Venture Capital system in new and high tech industry should be combined with the developing tendency of Venture Capital in the world while keeping a foothold in system and management renovation,moreover, practical analysis should be made on the problems showing up in the present Venture Capital system, exploration and innovation be made into the Venture Capital system suitable to the country's situation in new and high tech industry in China on the premise of scientifically and reasonably positioning the role and function of the government.
