Research On Management Of Our Country's Vessel Supply Company

With quick development of our country's economy and foreign trade, constantly deepened innovation and open, transformation of domestic market, and especially our country's economy and trade facing favorable environments after WTO entry, vessel supply companies, as a important part of shipping market, will be faced with a new environment. But recently, management & development of corporations get in hot water because of behindhand managing mechanism and ideas. Based on this background, the author put forward new ways of management of corporations to guide actions through quantitative cost analysis.According to above background, this paper firstly discusses exterior environments of vessel supply companies. Secondly, this paper analyses their operation characteristic and actuality, and comes forward a series of problems. Thirdly, this paper confirms development aim and management methods through quantitative cost analysis. Finally, this paper brings forward related conclusions.
