As the development of economy globalization and market competition becomes more intense, logistics has turned up to the third source of enterprises profit. Enterprise logistics is aiming at realizing the fixed customer service level with general logistics cost as low as possible. However, automobile manufacture has the most important status of the whole production of the world. It also stimulates other industry, such as iron and steel industry, chemical, rubber, plastic, mechanism and electronic industry, etc. Therefore, automobile manufacture plays a great role for whole national economics growing. So the study on the logistic cost control for automotive industry will benefit and accelerate the rationalization of enterprise logistics.This paper proposed the approach how to control and reduce the logistics cost for automobile enterprise and the strategies to be carried out, by means of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Firstly, the concept and assortment of logistics cost and basic knowledge of cost control are expatiated on. The shortage and problems are put forward. Then summary the useful experience that will benefit national firms by comparing American enterprise logistic cost management with that of Japanese. The analysis is very difficult for points of about logistic cost management catalog of current manufacture companies. Second, we can catalog the logistic cost for automatic company, especially the discussion of whole automotive industry. The current problems of manufacture enterprise and whole auto logistic are brought forward too. Automotive industry is divided into two phases of accessory logistics and whole auto logistics according to particularity of automotive industry in manufacture enterprises. Whole auto logistics are made as the most important point which this paper study, to put forward problems faced in automotive industry. This paper study mostly industry chain, inventory supply, and transport of auto industry, by means of quantitative and qualitative analysis. Through comparison analysis between EOQ and JIT, bring out a model of JIT and try to explore how JIT improve producing activities. Supply relation management (SRM) in enterprises will be importance of saving the logistics cost, the distorted information of products lead to enterprises to be defeated inmanagement decision-making. SRM which manufacture is dominated by computers are turning their style of producing from a few varieties and mass-produce to more variety and few production. On the same time, total logistical cost is playing an important part in cost management, but cost accounting nowadays making against enterprises grasp their logistical cost and evaluate logistical performance. In the point of view, a model of total logistics cost management is brought forward to supply driving enterprises changing their style of manufacture to automating, promoting their management, contain of product cost have changed too, so enterprises have to transit their cost management. Pursuing the most value is the motive of cost management, because cost is the decision of profit.This issue tries to analyze problem faced automobile industry logistical costing and so on which was happened in the enterprise by demonstration, is how out how modern enterprise cost management methods reality reflect the produce cost. On the means of study, this issue calculate and analyze the financial affairs not only by traditional cost accounting which was based wants to find out an optimized model for stock material, promote enterprises improve their activities. Enterprises cost management can take an unable substitution function both in promoting production and improving costing.
