Cost Control System Of Construction Industry

Cost-control system of construction industry has been neglected by the enterprises for a long time, however, under the rapid development of economic environment, the enterprises will be up against more and more competition, opportunity and challenges. In order to survive, the enterprises must enforce the cost-control system. Under this background, this paper focus on construction industry's cost-control system and falls into four parts:Part one : To define the cost-control theory, the procedures and the benefits.Part two : To apply the cost-control system at construction industry.Part three : To introduce other cost-control methods.Part four : To analyse two case studies and bring forward some conclusions of this paper.
