| Over the recent years, with the changes of the management style as well as the market, the modern enterprises put emphasis on the key ability and corporate alliance, devoting most energy to the key business and outsourcing its subsidiary businesses to other specialized enterprises. This gave birth to the TP Logistic Center on one hand, and on the other it results in more and more fierce market competition, and greater and greater logistic risks. The survival and success of the TP Logistic Center when facing various risks in the logistic market lies in its awareness of the risks and the appropriate and timely precautions.In this thesis, the author mainly expounds the risk management of the TP (Third Party) Logistic Center from three perspectives, i.e., the connotations of TP Logistic Center and its risks, the techniques for identifying and analyzing logistic risks, as well as the prevention and control systems of the risks on the parts of society and the center itself. The thesis consists of three parts. The first part defines the TP Logistic Center, the risk and the risk management, and accounts its development. The second part elaborates the techniques for identifying and analyzing the four logistic risks (financial, personnel, marketing and operational risks), and whereby, illustrating the causes and appearances of the risks during the course of the TP logistic functional practices. In the last part, apart from discussing the significance of the society prevention and control of logistic risks, the author puts forward a tentative plan in terms of society and detailed measures on the part of logistic center itself. |
