Studies On The Application Of Stock Options In Non-state Owned Enterprises In China

Nowadays, the development of the Non-state owned enterprises in China has gone into a new era. The problem of how to obtain and use the elitist has become a key one. Nevertheless, the present situation is that: the Non-state owned enterprises in China has faulty incentive mechanism and lacks of people with ability. This is the bottleneck of the development in Non-state owned enterprises even including the whole national economy. The stock options can connect the long-term benefit of the elitist to the development of the corporation; also it can draw and retain the elitist for the corporation, and make the Non-state owned enterprises successful in the second pioneering work. As a new mechanism comes from the practice, stock options brings about great social effect and economic results. At the same time, its imperfect design brings some problems and these hinder its application in China. The paper aim to put forward the stock options plans for the Non-state owned enterprises through the analysis of the actual situation and the reasons. It has significance in practice and theories.The paper firstly discusses comprehensive and systematically the concept, content, character, theories of the stock options and the precondition of its application; secondly it expounds the definition of the Non-state owned enterprises, then provides a review of development of the application of stock options in Non-state owned enterprises in our country and analyze the feasibility and requisite of the application; After that, it introduces representational patterns of our country in several experimental units, lay stress on the analysis of application actuality and the cause. Finally, the writer proposes her own advice and plans in allusion to the difficult problems with the actual and recent situation in our country. And besides, she elaborates the configuration measure in finance, policy, stock and manager market, the corporate governance structure.
