Cash Flow Management And Application In The High-and-new-tech Enterprise

Cash is the blood of the enterprise. The flow of cash plays an important role in the enterprise's operation. In recent years, a lot of scholars have researched into the cash flow from different point of views, such as the environment of cash flow management, the analysis of cash flow, the information content of cash flow and the theory of cash flow management. However, there is little synthetic research on the cash flow management, which can guide the practice effectively.This thesis concludes that there are two meanings in the concept of cash flow management, one is the theory of cash flow management, which is suitable to every enterprise; the other is the application of cash flow management, which is different in different enterprise.There are four parts in this thesis. Part two and part three are the main parts.The second part is the basic theory of cash flow management. In this part the thesis builds up the theoretical system of cash flow management. The beginning of the research is the environment of cash flow management. The third part is the application of cash flow management in the high-and-new-tech enterprise. Through analyzing the different characters of cash flow in different life cycles of the high-and-new-tech enterprise, the thesis puts forward three emphases of cash flow management and discusses how to realize the three emphases.The innovations of the thesis are mainly as follows:Firstly, it builds up the system of cash flow management and stresses that the environment of cash flow management is the beginning of research. And it discusses the relationship between cash flow management and cash flow accounting.Secondly, it has practical significance to research the application of cash flow management in the high-and-new-tech enterprise. Through analyzing the different characters of cash flow in different life cycles of the high-and-new-tech enterprise, the thesis puts forward three emphases of cash flow management: the optimum of fund raising, the maximum of net cash flow from operating activities, the maximum of free cash flow. Then it discusses how to realize the three emphases.Thirdly, it explores a new method Model Grading Method. And it has put it to use in the high-and-new-tech enterprise.
