Regional development models are one of focus points that researchers have attended since middle of eighty. There are fifty or sixty models which are named after region name, Of Wenzhou Model gives rise to much controversy , and Linxia Model is not quite well-known but exists stubbornly. This thesis began the description and analysis to above-mentioned two models with different aspects , such as developing experiences, developing stages, developing features, market bodies, government functions, industry structures and so on, and then drew the conclusions: essences of these two models are forming the market systems from bottom to top in order to cultivate local creating abilities. However, there are some differences between Wenzhou Model and Linxia Model , such as market system , industry ,micro-organization and so on. In short, Wenzhou Model is on the transportation from traditional economical development to modernized development, and Linxia Model is still subject to traditional economical development.Wenzhou Model and Linxia Model are just two examples of regional development models, theoretical research stems from practice models. We think, during the regional development, nature resources and geographical environment, population, capital (money or fund) and technology, these four factors just make up of the abstract model or economical model, domestic policies, culture and historical tradition, interactions with other significant regions, these three middle factors form further development model which has characters in particular region under special ground.China is a vast in territory and different in regions country, it is been on the way of transforming its systems. Regional development model must be chosen according to both the factors that affect regional development and economical developing level. Regional Development Models in China will trend to be diversified and complicated.
