The securities market of China is a new arisen market, which develops quickly. But comparatively, it is not enough mature and standard. Under the effect of international environment, national policy, economic situation, industry develop/ foreground, the people's psychology and so on, it comes into being a very complicated nonlinear dynamic system. Promoting the Chinese securities market to be maturity and efficiency and making it run healthily that is the new proposition for the numerous investors at the beginning of the new century. It is necessary to guide the investors from forecasting stock's short-term price to studying stock's intrinsic value, namely to call for the investors to build up the rational investment concept. Only when the investors pay more attention to the listed company's management behaviors and performances and get the stock's intrinsic value through basic analysis which is taken as the main invest basis, can our country's securities market really step into value invest era.According to the importance of basic analysis on the securities market, in this paper we'll mainly settle the question of "how to effectively and exactly evaluate the stock's value in reason on the basis of basic analysis".In the part one and the part two of the paper, firstly I set forth the source and the meaning of the research question: the evaluation of stock's value. Then outspread the demonstration in the paper's principal part.1.Take the microeconomic factors that reflect the listed company's basic situation as the evaluation index in the evaluation of stock's value and establish the index system of the evaluation of stock's value.2.Reject the conventional synthetic evaluation method and use five new type methods such as fuzzy theory, gray relation analysis, DBA, catastrophe theory and BP networks to establish the evaluation models, then go on the demonstration research taking the stocks of listed company in Qingdao as an example.In the last part of the paper, I make the analysis and sum-up to the evaluation methods used in the evaluation of stock's value.Through the research work in this paper, the question of how to effectively and reasonably evaluate the stock's value is resolved by and large which can offer more exact invest references for the rational investors to increase returns and reduce risks, impulse to perfect the mechanism of making a price for capitals in the securities market, make the resource collocation function playing a great role and thereby promote the Chinese securities market to be maturity and efficiency.Ma Yuan (Finance science) Directed by Wu Haihua...
