We put forward the comprehensive financial innovation theory in this paper. Then based on the marketing theory of bank,we discuss the idea and operating program of market expanding and market classifying through comprehensive financial innovation. In addition,by way of analyzing the case of Carnation Card marketing,we further expounds competitive advantage of comprehensive innovation in marketing development. Meanwhile,in this paper we point out that the premise of comprehensive financial innovation is system innovation or management innovation,it is the effective way of catching market opportunity,exploring potential market,achieving distinctive marketing of commercial bank with the keen financial competition in the new century.
