The Study On ESOP: Application In Chongqing SOE' Reform

State-owned enterprise (SOE) reform is the core of economy system reform in China. The goal of SOE reform is build modern enterprises system. And advance system innovation,technical innovation,management innovation. Improve SOE' competition and risk power.The key of modern enterprise system is property right perspicuity. Property right reform looks for the way of increasing efficiency with property right institutional choice. Employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) is among the property right as institutional arrange of increasing efficiency.The paper utilizes theory analysis,case method,makes a systematic study on ESOP:the problem of the SOE reform in Chongqing. The case method was conducted for data collection and analysis. And Chongqing Tianyou Dairy Co.,LTD. was take for the examples of case.The study are including:[1]Analyse of Chongqing SOE' economy condition and framework of human resource. Lower benefit of SOE was caused without effective incentive system.
