| In this paper, I have introduced the course and background of WTO, lay out the basic frame and rules, expatiated the stratagem meaning of our entering the WTO and it's influence and challenge to economy in 21th century. Then have analyses the actuality of electric power industry, indicated the development opportunity and in face of challenge, expatiated the reform of electric power management system. At last, I have bring forward some measure and expected to find a pass for the reform of electric power build and repair enterprise.
