Labor relations is the fundamental social relation, its harmony and stability are the basis and premise of social harmony. Rapid development of rural economy, increasing quantity of non-public enterprise, and pursuit of profit and ignoring employees’legal rights in some enterprises have brought out growing tension in labor relations. As a main part of mediation of labor relations, unions play an important role in balancing labor relations and keeping the harmony and stability of labor relations.
