Human history has come to a new era?1century. 21 century is a new age of globalization and integration of economy. 21century is a new age full of great challenges and opportunities!Marketing economy is an economy form, which is full of high risks in itself. Risk is the infallible result of marketing economy. Under the macroscopic environment of present economy, the production and financial management of our modern enterprises face the great uncertainty and risks.Under these conditions, in one hand, our enterprises may go to a successful road, in the other hand; they may go into the marketing traps. So it is very urgent to look for the best way to prevent and avoid risks in the operation process.This thesis is consisted of seven parts. At first, I explain the six factors creatively which aggrandize our corporation" financial risks. These factors mainly include knowledge economy, the fast flowing of international capitals, the fast transferring of consumer predilection, the fast imparting of information, the wide popularity of untruthful information, the of corporation internal control system and the limited ration of economical organization. So it is very necessary and important to reinforce the research of corporation financial risk avoiding. On the definition of financial risk, traditional theory often delimits financial risk in the view of the cause of financial risk. But I delimitfinancial risk from the movement of capital, namely from the organization of funds ?the use of funds, and the allocation of funds. In addition, based on the owner financial risk expounded by my director, I enlarge the definition of risk and expound risk cause is mainly from human, not from the article.The preventing and avoiding of capital organization risk. investment risk, profit allocation risk are expounded in particular in the main part of the thesis. In the last part of thesis, I introduce western financial risk prevention model, and have some exploring research of our country financial risk prevention model in order to decrease our corporation financial risk.Because of the limitation of data organization and my ability, this thesis must have some shortcomings. But I believe research on the prevention of financial risk must have wider practice , and it will be the common topic in the new era!...
