A Survey Of Venture Capital's Governance-Mechanism

Venture Capital(VC) is a relatively new form of investing and financing which rose in the 1920's. It has promoted the economic development-in a sense, could not be imitated-in many countries. After that a good deal of attention and investigation on the growing of its governance-mechanism has been making now that VC is a finance business with high risk and high benefit. This passage, on the study and analysis of experience of risk capital activities, governance-mechanism and development of foreign countries; and in the light of our current specific conditions of venture capital, is bringing out a certain amount of vital problems and principal contradictions on the governance-mechanism in the venture capital operation. It is implied that the insufficient development of the governance-mechanism in our country, to a great extent, is due to weak economic environment and imbalance integral economic development as well as short history of itself. The passage, finally, in macrocosmic and microcosmic angles, is giving policy proposals of the governance-mechanism in risk capital activities in our country.
