Research On Problems Of Construction Cost Control

The construction industry is the most influential industry in a country. The Mai-quality of construction undoubtedly results in construction disasters and damage, jeopardizing public safety. Because the big difference of industrial structure between the construction industry and many other businesses. The ways to get over some similar problems are so different. First, although total cost and the quality of constructions are closely linked, this does not mean that cost level of total cost is equal to the quality of the constructions. Second, the constructers always focus on the quality of their constructions. However, they usually neglect the importance of steady financial and budget programs. Third, the plan of tax saving is another key point. This study looks into the applications of Land tax, Business tax, new tax policy and so on.This study is concerning on quality costs, costs control and tax savings. They are widely applied in many businesses. Because there are hardly any detail records of costs control for maintaining financial security of operation from the financial or budget departments among companies. The construction industry is an exception. Lacking of detail records of costs control may cause an uncertainty in capital investment. This might be a great challenge for being a member of Word Trade Organization (WTO). Emphasize quality control in the project and design. This study discusses national and international costs control status and assess costs control. To establish a quality and costs control system of the construction industry is the main purpose of this study.
