Legal Analysis On Functions Of Market Access In Financial Service

Market access is a concept formed in the beginning of international trade, which has been developing along with the international trade going. Market access in financial services trade came into being in 1970s, which got well developed in the European and the United States. With the access into WTO, China is now carrying out its commitments. We are concerning about how to benefit China most when improving Chinese commitments, and how to get the goal attainment function of market access in financial services into its best. WHereas it is for this, I chose this subject as my graduating project.The major methods used are practical analysis and comparative analysis. Based on the finished research, my study on the subject is supposed to be integrating. The core of this thesis is on how to make market access in financial services to function better in China, with achieving the integration of regulations on finance. Market access in financial services is to be in the context of the whole legal system to get it functioning harmoniously.The thesis can be divided into five chapters, along with the preface and the conclusion, counting about 46, 000 words.Chapter 1 is Overview of the Function of Market Access in Financial Services, which laying down the foundation of the following chapters.Chapter 2 is Jurisprudential basis of the Function of Market Access in Financial Services, which lay out the importance of this mechanism with relating to the next two chapters.Chapter 3 is Study on Market Access in Financial Services in Europe and America, which practically analyzes how this mechanism functions and how China may refer to its experience.Chapter 4 is Analysis on the Functions of Market Access in Financial Services, which, from the perspective of consumer protection, merger control and financial supervision, gives out how to attain goals by the functions of this mechanism.Chapter 5 is Issues and Countermeasures in Chinese Financial Services, which is the purpose of my writing this thesis.Final conclusions, which lists out several conclusions after finishing writing the major parts of the thesis.With capabilities limited , there might be some errors with what I have written.
