Under Wto Rules China's Financial Services Market Access Legal Studies

I Study the legal system and legal principles of the financial services market access under WTO rules, with reference to the international advanced experience on access to financial services regulation in this paper. I also describe the regulation of financial services liberalization and market access, and the "prudential carve-out" principle in the regulation of the legal system. And reported in the financial services market access commitments and the implementation of regulatory bodies and the regulatory process, and theoretically discussed the legal basis for China’s financial services market access for the fact that regulatory and legal subjects in the process of financial regulation play a role.
