The Study On Fostering And Developing Of The Rural Social Medi-organization In Xinjiang

As China's access to the WTO, the most pressing thing is how to improve the farmer's organizing degree, which can organize the scattering farmers to join the market at home and abroad. What this article has analyzed will do much more benefits to foster and develop rural social medi-organization　in Xinjiang(RSMXJ), to push forward the management of agriculture industrialization, and to improve the farmer's organization degree.This dissertation studied the rural social medi-organization theoretically firstly. Then it introduced the history, implication and function of the rural social medi-organization. Basing on the analysis of the current situation and main existing problems in RSMXJ, the article summarized the characteristics and types of the RSMXJ, and analysed the roles and problems of the rural social medi-organization in Xinjiang. Also it discussed the influencing factors of RSMXJ　and problems concerning the medi-organization between new and old ones. And then it deeply analyzed the successful experience and applying area about the RSMXJ, which was based on the individual investigation, questionnaire and cases analyzed. It also proposed some suggestions. Finally it induced the tendency of Chinese rural social medi-organization in the future.
