Business management and marketing made great break through in 1990s, but many enterprises still use traditionally managing method which cann't adapt to today's competition for the coming of intellectual economy and fictitious enterprises. Therefore, many exporters in management bring in competing ideas of chain,for example, supplying chain, producing chain and value chain all were brought out under this condition, while in marketing field, exporters gave us an idea whose name is marketing flow, using it,we could get rid of many problems that had bothered us for a long time and could use our resources correctly.Just under the condition, we make deep studying on the new topic. During the studying, we always insist on the marketing idea, and absorb the ideas of CS, CRM, CL which are hot topic in society. We take part the marketing flow into there pieces, product flow, cash flow and information flow. On the basis of the thought, we study the laws they go by and factors which make fluence in their flowing. In the road, we consult the knowledge in the field of capital .information, produce and some others department, and then give the model and means which can be used in marketing.The article get rid of traditional marketing thoughts, studying the problem from a new angle. For example, we use flow idea instead of division idea, so we get the basis for marketing in all thoughts. And we not only study theory , but also study how use results of study in activity. In the article ,we give the suggestion on many problems, take organize confusion ,department dispute for example . during thestudying, I also give some new view that was not studied before. They may be conform to value idea we own now ,but marketing is making his road in the direction.Certainly, the idea is born just a short time ago, so it still has many defects, and few enterprises use it in marketing activity. Therefore , if we want to make marketing flow become a hot topic, more people and time should be paid on this freld. While for short of time .energy and capital, I can not make investigation, and know little on enterprises how use the idea in marketing activities ,so many problems should be studied latter. If my teachers and classmates can give me suggestion, I will thank you very much.
