Study On Virtual Enterprise Operation Model

Virtual Enterprise operation model holds great potential to streamline and improve world wide manufacturing resources redistribution and globalization. As an emerging technology, it has been widely used in many areas, such as airplane manufacturing, and computer production manufacturing and distribution. Virtual Enterprise operation model is based on various modern science and technologies, however, not all modem technologies are equally suited to support the different business processes throughout their distinct aspects. In this paper, we outline a framework to improve the conceptual design and running control of Virtual Enterprises. The framework consists of three parts. The first part delineates the conceptual, characteristics and model of Virtual Enterprise, part two introduces the operation methods of Organization Flow, Design Flow, Work flow, Quality Flow, Logistics, Service Flow and Information Flow of Virtual Enterprises, and part three summarizes the operation methods of Virtual Enterprise. By combining the three parts, we can match traditional enterprises with the requirements of building Virtual Enterprises in a structured and visual way. This integration allows improving decision efficiency, correctness and helps to rightly build, operating and managing Virtual Enterprises.The concept and operation model of virtual enterprises have been comprehensively studied in this paper, including the visual workflow management technology, it can successfully settle down the language barriers existing in members, and also it can make workflow management visual and easy; the user oriented scheduling technology and its application, it can commendably solving the distributed scheduling and visual calculating problems; the Uneunh-based match checking technology and its application, it can widely improve the logistics management level; the cooperation quality concept and its application, it is the most important quality of virtual enterprises, and also is the guarantee of production quality and service quality; the service flow concept, model and the way to improve the service quality, it should be the best way to provide throughout, full directions and full time services to customers.
