With the mobile telephone increasingly popularization and the choice of customs diversification, the competition among the telecom companies in China market is upgraded. CM company, the biggest telecom company, must face to the challenges coming from all aspects, especially from CU company who owes CDMA. It is just CDMA that leads to CM company's main profit headspring-VIP customers losing. In order to keep the advantages in market compete, CM company must deeply learn about the demands of VIP and then provide pertinence service to hold VIP customers.This thesis make up useful measures for CM company to keep VIP customers basing on empirical analysis. And the thesis is composed of five chapters. The chapter 1 introduces the development of TELECOM industry and CM company, and specially explains the reasons why we will study the requirements of VIP customers. The chapter 2 focuses on the important meaning of studying requirements of VIP customers for CM company. In chapter 3, aiming at the measures that the CU company had adopted, we made contrast analysis. And then, in chapter 4,we did pre-market research for learning about what on earth the requirements of VIP customers. In the last chapter, we exercised market research thurouly according tothe research in chapter 3. And we got amount of data which is direct useful for CM company through the empirical research.The most advantage in this thesis is we exercised the scientifical market research method . In term of the situation of CM company and under the principle of spot check mode, we adopted data analysis method, charrette method and Delphy method to get the first-hand data for analysis.
