Research About Policy Bank Adjustment Law

By adopting the research methods of historical analysis and comparative analysis , the thesis puts the main studies on the policy bank law. The present author tries to put forward some valuable ideas to the policy bank law of china through researching the characteristic, the function, the position, the resource and the use of funds, the range of work, the form of organization and the legal responsibility of the foreign countries, at the same time, combining with the analyzing the present situation and the existed questions of our policy bank law. The aim is also to meet the challenge from WTO. The thesis consists of four chapters except introduction and concluding remarks.Chapter one analyzes the fundamental question of the policy bank law. Firstly, The writer analyzes the common theory of the policy bank law. Secondly, The writer analyzes the connection of the policy finance and commercial finance and proves the necessity of the separation of the two.Chapter two analyzes the connection of policy bank law and the monetary policy law of central bank and thinks that the policy bank law is a main part of the financial adjustment law and the two consist of the main system of financial adjustment law. The aim is to confine the role about the policy bank law in the macro-adjustment law.Chapter three draws a conclusion to the contexts and the present situation of the foreign policy bank law through the research methods of historical analysis and comparative analysis. It aims to make our policy bank law much better.Chapter four introduces the present situation of our policy bank and proves its necessity to put them into legislation.Chapter five makes a legislative suggestion to our policy bank law. At the same time, the writer analyzes the influence and solution from WTO and wishes that all efforts will fill in the legislative gaps on our policy bank law.
