Currently. Chinese commercial banks are facing the serious loan risk. Based on large quantities of investigation and theories study, after checking the Chinese and foreign culture levitate, the research combined our country current economy management system and the management system history that has important influence on the bank, and bring up the general reasons and special history stage reasons for which the commercial bank's loan risk exits. Namely (1)the system lost, (2)the stubborn policy. (3) the administration interference, (4) unexhausted business enterprise reform, etc..Aiming at the above reasons, the article proposed some measures to avoid and dissolve loan risk.For example the commercial bank should establish the early-warning system and program control system. The author suggested recovering the main bank system.
