Research On Mixed Operation Model Of China's Financial Industry

It's a disputable financial issue that implementing mixed operation or separated operation. It refers to not only the management system of financial industry but also the financial administration system of the government. Facing to the trend of financial industry mixed operation in the world, how to reply the change should be put on the agenda.This thesis discusses the feasibility of financial industry mixed operation from theory and practice. Firstly, it looks back on separated operation and separated supervision system, and points out the issues, which the system is facing with at present. Secondly, it analyses and researches the change of financial system in the USA. Lastly, it concludes the profitable inspiration for the financial development of China. It is the positive choice. However, facing to the demand of international economic globalization, it is necessary to reform financial system and develop mixed operation. As the strength of financial industry in China, banking must be the leading power to promote mixed operation. According to the target analysis between our commercial banks and oversea banks, it gets the disparity and suggests that our banks should adopt commercial strategy alliance to improve the ability of international competition as quickly as possible, which can lay a foundation for the transition to the financial conglomerate. Through the synthetic contrast with mixed operation, it proofs the model of financial holding company is the practicable model of commercial bank mixed operation in our country. On the basis of inside and outside terms, we can achieve the transition to the universal banking from the sample to the whole. The thesis also raises a tentative reform idea of financial supervision system and some constructive suggestions on the supervision of financial holding company.
